What an agent actually does — and what it never does

Online AI-agent setup for owners of small UK firms, built directly inside tools you already use such as Xero, Outlook or Microsoft 365 to run one chosen workflow end to end. A 4-week pilot starts from £5,000, with ongoing care plans from £500 a month.

smart_toyTHE AGENT DOES Pulls the quarter's figures from your bookkeeping software, matches them against bank feeds and invoices, flags anything that doesn't reconcile, and assembles the return ready for review.
approval_delegationWAITS FOR YOUR CLICK A person reviews the flagged items and presses submit to HMRC. The agent never files anything on its own.
scheduleWHAT IT'S WORTH ~4 hrs / quarter-end week Per client, for practices. The bigger win is the errors caught before HMRC catches them.
front_hand Nothing client-facing goes out without sign-off until you decide it should — and some things never should. We'll tell you which.
THE ONE-WORKFLOW PILOT

Prove it on one job. Then decide.

Four weeks, one workflow of your choosing, a fixed price from £5,000. If the numbers don't stack up at the end, you keep everything that was built and we part as friends.

KORRA STUDIO // PILOT PLAN 4 WEEKS · FROM £5,000
WK 1
Map the workflow, on-site or on a call
We sit with whoever does the job now and write down every step, exception and annoyance. You get the map whether or not we go further.
You'll see: a one-page map of the workflow, including the steps nobody knew about.
WK 2
Build inside your tools
The agent is set up in your accounts — your 365, your Xero, your DMS. Access is scoped to the minimum, and the data agreement is signed before anything runs.
You'll see: the agent doing the job on last month's real data, in a sandbox.
WK 3–4
Run live, with a person approving
The agent does the work; your staff approve each output with one click. Every run is logged. We tune it on whatever it gets wrong.
You'll see: a running tally — hours saved, items flagged, mistakes caught.
THEN
You decide
Keep it running yourself, hand the upkeep to me, or switch it off. Everything built stays yours either way — documented so anyone competent could maintain it.
You'll see: a plain-English summary your accountant, partner or board can read.
Decision point at week four: a one-page summary — hours saved, errors caught, what your staff actually used. Carry on, expand to the next workflow, or stop. No contract lock-in.
AFTER THE PILOT

Keep it running — or run it yourself.

An agent isn't a set-and-forget gadget. Banks change their export formats, logins expire, and the AI models underneath get retired on the vendor's schedule — any of which can quietly stop a workflow. You can maintain it yourself; it's documented and it's yours. Or hand it to me on one of three care plans — each a fixed monthly fee, cancel any month.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The three worries every owner brings up — answered properly

lock "What happens to our data?" Agents run inside accounts you control — your Microsoft 365, your Xero, your practice software. Client data isn't uploaded to some startup's server, and nothing is used to train anyone's models. You get a short written data-protection assessment — mapped against UK GDPR, naming exactly what the agent can see and which providers touch the data — before anything is switched on. I'm a UK company, professionally insured, and the contract and data agreement are signed before any access is granted.
groups "My staff won't use another tool." They won't have to. There's no new app, no new login, no training day. The work shows up where it always did — a drafted email in the outbox, a reconciled ledger in Xero, a filed document in the right folder. Most staff notice the tedium going away before they notice the agent.
verified "How do I know it's not hype?" An MIT report this year found about 95% of company AI projects delivered no measurable return — mostly because they began with a big rollout instead of a real job. So you don't take my word for it: that's the point of the pilot. One workflow, four weeks, measured against your own baseline. And if a job isn't a good fit for an agent, I'll say so on the first call. Turning work away is cheaper than a failed rollout for both of us.

Send one message. Describe the job you hate.

That's the whole first step. I'll reply the same working day with whether an agent can do it, roughly what it would save, and what a pilot would cost. No call required, no mailing list.
